    Welcome to BrainTests ("we," "our," or "us"), a service operated by FILINGS LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Description of Service

    We provide cognitive assessment tests, brain training games, and related analytics. Our services are for entertainment, self-improvement, and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    You acknowledge that your use of the Service and any results you receive are not medical or professional advice. If you have a medical concern, you should consult a licensed healthcare provider.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    4. Subscriptions and Billing

    Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method according to the plan you choose.

    • Trial: We offer a 7-day trial for $1.00.
    • Automatic renewal: After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $30/month unless you cancel.
    • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Dashboard. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the monthly fee. If you cancel after the trial, you will retain access until the end of your billing period and will not be charged again.
    • Refunds: Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. See /refund.
    • Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. If required, we will provide notice before a price change takes effect.

    5. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

    You agree not to share your login credentials. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

    • Access or use the Service for unlawful purposes
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware
    • Attempt to access accounts or data you do not have permission to access
    • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in a way that harms others or our systems

    All content, including tests, games, graphics, and text, is the property of FILINGS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Service, other users, or our rights. You may stop using the Service at any time.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the results of our tests are perfectly accurate measures of intelligence or cognitive ability.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, FILINGS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
