By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method according to the plan terms. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time. However, we may provide a refund in limited circumstances, such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or verified access issues that materially prevent use of paid features.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
The $1.00 trial fee is typically non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in the case of a verified billing error.
