    How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Click on "Manage Subscription" to access the billing portal where you can view your plan details and cancel immediately.

    I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

    Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a password reset link via email.

    What is included in the premium plan?

    The premium plan includes full access to all cognitive tests, detailed analysis reports, and our complete library of brain training games.

    How much does it cost?

    We offer a 7-day trial for $1.00. After the trial, the subscription renews at $30/month. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid the monthly fee.

    I was charged after the trial. What happened?

    After the 7-day trial ends, subscriptions automatically renew at $30/month unless cancelled before the trial ends. If you believe you were charged in error, email us at support@braintests.io and include the email used for your account.

    How do I request a refund?

    Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund. If you still need help, email support@braintests.io with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    How do I delete my account or data?

    You can request account deletion by emailing support@braintests.io from the email associated with your account. We may ask for verification to protect your privacy.

    My test results look wrong. Can you fix them?

    Our reports are generated automatically based on your responses and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes. If you believe there was a technical issue (e.g., answers not saving), contact support with the test name and approximate time you took it so we can investigate.

    The site is not working (loading, stuck, or blank screen). What should I do?

    Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, and disabling browser extensions (especially ad blockers). If the issue persists, tell us your device, browser, and a screenshot (if possible) at support@braintests.io.
